Return and Refund Policy
At Glowiraluxe, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't, we're here to help.
1. Return period
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
* Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
* Must be in its original packaging.
*Customized or clearance products are not eligible for returns.
3. Return process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
* Send an email to info@glowiraluxe.com with the subject "Order Return #[Your Order Number]".
* In the email, please include a brief description of the reason for the return.
* Our team will respond with instructions and a return shipping address.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and review your returned item, we'll send you an email notification letting you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
5. Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
